Location: No.227 Li Bing Road, Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China(张江高科技园区李冰路227号)

Job Responsibilities
1、        Develop and implement annual sales plans with regular updates and adjustments to meet business objectives.
2、        Provide accountability for sales volume and gross sales through contribution margin as well as account receivables management.
3、        Accountable for routine sales activities such as pricing and volume, sales agreements, customer negotiations, account planning and strategic development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
4、        Work closely with Marketing and Technical to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Actively participate in development of new opportunities and take accountability for commercialization of such opportunities.
5、        Support for development and implementation of business strategies and plans; support for product development; and commercialization of new products through sales growth.
6、        Identify market and customers’ needs and trends, and provide best sales forecasts in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications
1、        University graduate with BS or MS degree in polymer, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
2、        2-5 years of sales and/or business experience, preferred in polymer composites/FRP related industry with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibilities and results.
3、        Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Composites markets and be well networked.  
4、        Demonstrated success in working with support functions such as Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain etc. to reach desired results.
5、        The candidate should act with integrity,   foster learning, innovation and change
6、        Demonstrates strong enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and a results oriented mentality
